- •2.ASA grade - I, II
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.ASA grade â?? III OR Above
- •3.Patients with complications like severe anaemia,
- •hypovolemia, septicaemia, shock, spinal column
- •abnormalities, previous spine surgery.
- •4.Any contraindication to regional anaesthesia and
- •with a known history of allergy to local
- •anaesthetics / radioâ??opaque dye.
- •5.Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy,
- •Congenital or acquired coagulation disorders.
- •6.Pregnancy
