- •Patients undergoing surgeries in distal arm, forearm and hand, under
- •supraclavicular block
- •2. ASA class 1 and
- •3. Patients who are able to give their own consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients with communication problems 2. Patients refusal 3. Patients receiving treatment for circulatory disturbances in the upper limbs,
- •diabetes mellitus, or hypertension and Peripheral vascular disease. 4. known sensitivity to local anesthetics, or skin infection at the site of needle
- •Insertion . 5. Upper Limb anomaly or absence of digits in upper limb
