- •Aged 18-25 years
- •Chronic neck pain at least 3 months with pain scale 3-8
- •Neck pain during active movement
- •Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees
排除标准
- •The abnormal of eyesight cannot be corrected with glasses.
- •History of spinal or shoulder surgery/ injury
- •Other musculoskeletal disorders at neck and shoulder regions
- •The person who exercises regularly
