入选标准
- •Ischemic or hemorrhagic hemispheric stroke (confirmed by imaging).
- •-Early subacute phase (7 - 80 days post stroke) at inclusion
- •-sufficient head control and able to sit
- •-Sufficient vigilance for study participation
- •- Patient should be able to understand the study - with appropriate explanation - and must be able to provide consent. If necessary, caregivers can be consulted to consent for the patient.
- •Additional criteria for Neglect subgroups: Presence of visuospatial neglect
排除标准
- •- previous stroke
- •-Patient with stroke in the brain stem with vestibulo-ocular symptoms
- •- Epilepsy
- •- Severe cognitive deficits
- •- Severe traumatic brain injury, recent head surgery, craniectomy, metal implant in brain
- •- Psychotropic medications, GABAergic preparations (L-DOPA, SSRI and antiepileptic drugs due to non-epileptic indication are allowed at a constant dose)
- •- Pregnancy
- •- History of severe alcoholism or substance abuse, severe psychiatric illness such as depression, psychosis (if not in remission)
