入选标准
- •Individuals over 18 years of age; clinical and radiological diagnosis compatible with advanced hip osteoarthritis; pain greater than or equal to 4 on a numerical scale of 0 to 10 (where zero means absence of pain and 10 the most intense pain imagined); chronic pain (more than 3 months)
排除标准
- •Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disease; infection; coagulopathy; previous hip surgery; local deformities; other potential causes of pain referred to the hip region but not related to femoroacetabular osteoarthrosis
