- •1.Healthy parturient(uncomplicated pregnancy without known foetal abnormalities)
- •2.age group 24-30year
- •3.Body wieght 40-80kg
- •4.Gestational age >36week
排除标准
- •1.patient younger than 18 year of age
- •2. preeclamptic patient
- •3. history of blood coagulopathies
- •4. patient allergic to drug used for study
- •5.uncooperative patients
- •6.patient with heart failure and mother with bradycardia.
