- •2) Patients fulfilling the institutional guidelines for prophylactic platelet transfusion.
排除标准
- •1)Patients on drugs known to cause thrombocytopenia or platelet dysfunction eg. Vancomycin,
- •Amphotericin B, Aspirin.
- •2) Patientâ??s having immune and non-immune causes of platelet refractoriness like fever, sepsis,
- •bleeding, DIC, splenomegaly.
