Inclusion Criteria
1.Healthy parturient(uncomplicated pregnancy without known foetal abnormalities)
2.age group 24-30year
3.Body wieght 40-80kg
4.Gestational age >36week
Exclusion Criteria
1.patient younger than 18 year of age
2. preeclamptic patient
3. history of blood coagulopathies
4. patient allergic to drug used for study
5.uncooperative patients
6.patient with heart failure and mother with bradycardia.
