入选标准
- •1.age group: 2-14yrs
- •2.all patients having indication for mechanical 3.ventilation ( Invasive and Non invasive )
- •requiring sedation for more than 24hours
排除标准
- •1.Dexmedetomidine within last 7 days prior to admission
- •2.Sedation >72hrs prior to screening
- •3.Cardiac failure or Arterial hypotension
- •4.Known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine, midazolam or any of their formulation ingredients and their rescue medications
