入选标准
- •Patients 65 years of age or older (regardless of gender) undergoing scheduled non-cardiac surgery at the hospital and expected to stay in the intensive care unit for at least 2 days after surgery are eligible.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction
- •2. Patients with preoperative delirium
- •3. Patients with psychiatric disorders
- •4. Patients with alcohol dependence
- •5. Patients with Hemodialysis
- •7. Cirrhotic patients with Child Pugh classification B or higher
- •8. Heart failure patients with New York Heart Asocciation Classification 3 or higher
- •9. Patients who refused to participate
