- •2.Presenting to ED with complains of dyspnea
- •3.If the differential diagnosis includes a heart failure
排除标准
- •1.Intubated patient
- •2.Pregnant
- •3.Irregular rhythm such as atrial fibrillation, known valvular pathology or surgery, primary or metastatic thoracic carcinoma.
- •4.Those patients not giving consent who are in the inclusion criteria are taken into the study.
