入选标准
- •Adults patients who have rotator cuff tear or inflammation. (Reference from Orthopedic diagnosis criteria)
- •- C2 (moderate tear < 2cm of only one tendon without retraction) in Southern California
- •Orthopedic Institute rotator cuff classification system
- •- no accompanied with complex tear related to rotator cuff
排除标准
- •less than 19year old, older than 71year
- •Seizure or seizure history
- •severe hepatic, renal, cerebral disease
- •severe cardiovascular disease including MI(myocardiac infarction)
- •administration of Monoamine Oxidase inhibitor
- •closed - angle glaucoma (elevated ocular pressure)
- •patients with hypersensitivity to this drug component
