- •1. 50 or over 50 years old
- •2. HIV positive with CD4 counts 200 or more than 200 per microliter
- •3. written informed consent

- •1. history of severe allergic reaction to the vaccine ingredient
- •2. severely immunocompromised
- •3. history of vaccination against varicella or zoster within 5 years
- •4. reagarded as inappropriate by the study investigators
