- •Adult patients 18 years old
- •Admit to surgical intensive care unit after surgery
- •Informed consent will be obtained from patients if physical and mental capacity allow if patients could not give consent proxy consent will be obtained from a relative or legal representative
- •Be defined as high risk surgical patients according to the presence of at least 1 high risk criteria
排除标准
- •Hepatic encephalopathy
- •Traumatic brain injury
- •Epileptic seizures shortly before or during SICU admission
- •Post CPR patients
