- •1) Pregnant woman with gestational age more than 32 weeks 2) Decided for delivery by caesarean section mode
排除标准
- •1) Pregnancy gestational age less than 32 weeks
- •2) Multiple pregnancy
- •3) Features of placental abruption, placenta previa, uterine rupture
- •4) Signs of severe fetal distress according to attending clinician
- •5) Known or grossly evident major cardiac respiratory or neurological congenital malformations that interfere with physiological cord clamping practice
- •6) Intrauterine deaths
- •7) Rh- incompatibility
