- •Participants willing to participate in the study
- •Diagnosed cases of stage 1 hypertension
- •(SBP 140-159, DBP 90-99)
- •Between 45-65 years of age
- •HTN for atleast 6months
- •International physical activity questionnaire
- •( < 23METs h/week)
- •Patients scoring mild to moderate in Perceived Stress Scale
排除标准
- •Contraindication to thoracic spine SMT(unstable fractures, severe osteoporosis, multiple myeloma, osteomyelitis, inflammatory phase ankylosing spondylitis, spinal cord tumor, Pagetâ??s disease)
- •Spinal surgery in the thorax in the past year
