简要总结

In this study the Rifle Shooters will be approached and will be explained about the study. Interested individuals will be included if fulfills inclusion. The participants then will have to undergo training program which will include warm up followed by Plyometric push-up training followed by cool down. This will be done for 6 weeks. Before starting and at the end Closed kinetic chain upper extremity stability test, 1RM, Medicine ball Throw and Scoreboard assessment will be done and compared. The data will be then statistically analysed.

入选标准

  • Professional Rifle Shooters (all District, State and National Players) Age 18-30 years.

排除标准

  • Any recent Upper Limb injury.
  • Visual impairments.
  • Musculoskeletal impairment.
  • Neurological impairment.
  • Middle ear diseases (Vertigo).
