入选标准
- •Hemorrhagic or ischemic apoplex,
- •Arm paresis as a result of stroke,
- •Cognitive functions sufficient (understanding of study content, implementing instructions, giving consent) and communication possible,
- •Ability to sit upright and maintain position (chair or wheelchair) for about 75 min
排除标准
- •No movement of the wrist extensors possible (strength grade 0-1 according to Janda),
- •Complaints/movement restrictions in the area of the wrist/elbow/forearm/shoulder (e.g. tendovaginitis, tennis elbow),
- •Contraindications for electrical stimulation according to Wenk (2011)
