入选标准
- •All patients aged more than 18 years diagnosed as a case of knee osteoarthritis according to American College of Rheumatology Guidelines with a prior knee radiograph
排除标准
- •(i)Patients with a history of avascular necrosis of the hip
- •(ii)Patients with high white blood cell count (give range)
- •(iii) Patients with accompanying rheumatologic disease
- •(iv)Patients with a history of hip/knee prosthesis
- •(v)Secondary knee osteoarthritis
- •(vi)Patients with a history of hip fracture, dislocation or any other hip pathology
- •(vii)Autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus.
- •(viii)Hemolysed blood samples.
- •(ix)Under or overfilled EDTA vacutainers
