- •2. Singleton pregnancy
- •3. Term Pregnancy
- •4. Elective Cesarean Delivery
- •5. Weight 50-100kg
- •6. Height 140-180 cm
- •7. Age 18-35 years
排除标准
- •1.Pre-existing or Pregnancy induced Hypertension
- •2.Known fetal abnormality
- •3.Cardiovascular or Cerebrovascular disease
- •4.Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
- •5.Renal Impairment
- •6.Allergy to Norepinephrine & Mephentermine
- •7. Medication- MAO Inhibitors or TCA
- •8.Intraoperative use of uterotonic other than oxytocin
- •9.Presence of mesenteric or peripheral vascular thrombosis
