入选标准
- •current main diagnosis: PTSD
- •-sufficient stability and patient feels prepared for emotion-activating therapy
- •-motivational and organisational ressources (for 12 sessions, weekly à 90min within a maximum of 16 weeks)
- •-fluency in German language
- •-age 18-60
排除标准
- •-odour disturbances (e.g. allergies, Post-Covid)
- •-pronounced sleep disturbances, that have been originated before traumatisation, shift work, time zone change, sleep apnoe
- •-alcohol/drug abuse or addiction
- •-medication that is not in line with trauma therapy, e.g. benzodiazepines, opiates
- •-neurological diseases (e.g.: epilepsia), history of brain damage (e.g.: concussion with lost of consciousness) or degenerative neurological disease (e.g. Parkinson, Dementia)
- •-comorbid psychotic disease, comorbid bipolar-I disease (current or in history)
- •-acute suizidality
- •-PTSD-therapy in history (=more than 2 sessions of IR)
