入选标准
- •1. eGFR by CKD-EPI < 60 ml/min/1.73m2 or
- •2. urine protein > 500 mg/day or
- •3. Adult polycystic kidney disease
- •4. agree to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1patients under intervention trial
- •2.life expectancy less than 3 years
- •3.cannot come for follow up
- •4.refuse to participate in the study
- •5.on prednisolone > 5 mg/day
- •6.history of taking cytotoxic drugs within 100 days
- •8.kidney transplant
- •9. history of acute myocardial infarction or stroke within 3 months
