入选标准
- •ADULTS belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade 1 or 2
- •ASA 1- Normal healthy individuals
- •ASA II-Patient with mild systemic disease which include current smoker, social drinker,BMI-30 to40,well controlled Diabetes mellitus and hypertension , mild lung disease
- •Age : above 18 yrs
- •Surgeries involving the upper limb (forearm and hand) lasting for 1 ½ to 2 hours
排除标准
- •1 Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agents
- •2 Pregnant women
- •3 Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy
- •4 Neuro- psychiatry disorder, patients on psychotropic drugs for a prolonged period
- •5 Bleeding disorders, anti coagulant therapy or deranged coagulation profile
