- •Permanent staff who have been working as HCA more than six months
- •-Age of HCAs would be in between 18 years to 45 years.
- •- Both male and female
排除标准
- •-Staff who plan to retire or transfer within a year
- •-HCAs who are on long leave e.g. : maternity leave or medical leave
- •-HCAs who are already diagnosed with a NCD, verified by diagnosis card or clinic book
- •-HCAs in PMCUs of Colombo district
