简要总结

BACKGROUND - Cervical radiculopathy is caused due to nerve root compression in the cervical spine often due to slipped disc, trauma or degeneration. It leads to neck pain, arm pain, weakness and numbness. Physiotherapy helps manage these symptoms through K-taping for pain relief, neural mobilization to reduce neural tension and strengthening exercises to restore function and mobility.

AIM - To identify the effectiveness of combining different physiotherapeutic interventions like k-taping with neural mobilization and neural mobilization with strengthening exercises on grip strength, upper limb function and reducing catastrophizing thinking among patients with cervical radiculopathy through a randomized clinical trial.

METHOD - Participants are screened for eligibility and gave informed consent demographic and baseline data were collected. The intervention phase includes k-taping for muscle support and pain relief, neural mobilization to enhance nerve movement and reduce tension, and strengthening exercises to improve muscle function and overall upper limb performance.

STATICAL ANALYSIS - All the parameters recorded in MS-EXCEL software SPSS.
