•Clinically diagnosed cases of Katigraha (Lumbar Para Spinal Muscle Spasm) will be taken for the study after the screening of the investigations like FBS, PPBS, HIV and other radiological investigation like X- Ray of lumbosacral spine AP and Lateral view, and MRI if necessary. Patient of age group- 18 to 70 years (Irrespective of sex, gender and occupation is included). Yogya for Agnikarma

•Pregnant women and lactating mothers
•Patients of uncontrolled DM and HTN.
•Patients having spinal tumor, malignant diseases of the pelvis, tuberculosis of vertebral bodies.
•Recent lumbar region surgery or implanted instrumentation/prostheses.
•Patients who are having low backache due to any infection, congenital deformities of spine, viscerogenic.
•Ayogya for Agnikarma.
