- •Patients presenting with first ever acute ischemic stroke involving MCA territory
- •Patients presenting within the first 24 hours after stroke onset who were not eligible for rtPA or mechanical thrombectomy.
- •NIHSS between 5-20: moderate and moderate to severe strokes
排除标准
- •Patients with history of intracranial surgeries or skull defects
- •Patients with lacunar or hemorrhagic stroke
- •Pregnant females
- •Contraindications to MRI and /or tDCS
