入选标准
- •Age greater than 18 years
- •Patients on mechanical ventilation
- •Ramsay sedation scale between 4 and 6 levels
- •Hemodynamic stability
- •No osteoarticular lesions (rib fractures or unstable thorax).
排除标准
- •Intracranial hypertension > 30 mmHg
- •Pneumothorax
- •Hemodynamic instability with use of high doses of vasoactive drugs, dopamine and dobutamine > 5 µg/kg/min and noradrenalin > 0.5 µg /kg/min
