入选标准
- •? Age =80 years, both male and female;
- •? Intertrochanteric fracture or intertrochanteric fracture was diagnosed by X-ray;
- •? No absolute contraindications for surgery;
- •?No other surgical system diseases requiring surgical treatment;
- •? Informed consent of patients or surrogates;
- •? Medical history records are complete.
排除标准
- •? Contraindications of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, including local skin damage, infection or electrophysiological device implanted in the body;
- •? Pathological fracture, multiple fracture;
- •? Patients with absolute contraindications or severe primary diseases can not tolerate surgery;
- •? Patients with mental diseases (including dementia, depression, schizophrenia, etc.)
- •? Patients with severe immune system diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, SLE, Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, myositis, mixed connective tissue disease, etc.)
- •? The patient refused to participate.
- •? Admission urine analysis urine white blood cell count > 5/ HP, chest radiograph indicated respiratory infection.
