入选标准
- •1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and are in advanced stage (Kellgren-Lawrence grades 3 and 4);
- •2. The age is between 50 and 80 years old;
- •3. Those who sign informed consent and are willing to accept and cooperate with examination and treatment.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are allergic to one of the drugs;
- •2. Patients with coagulation disorder or liver disease;
- •3. Those with a history of bleeding or the use of other anticoagulants;
- •4. People with a high or very high risk of thromboembolic events;
- •5. Patients with preoperative dyskinesia have a history of DVT or PE;
- •6. known hypercoagulable state (such as the use of estrogen);
- •7. With recent history of malignant tumors;
