入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Hypertensive patients on drug therapy for > 1 year.
- •2.Age > 18 years.
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients/persons without hypertension (BP < 120/80 mm Hg and not on antihypertensive therapy) age(±5years) and gender matched to Group I
- •Age >18 years
排除标准
- •Group 1 and 2:
- •Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with BCVA worse than 20/40 or IOP >=22mmHg, at initial evaluation.
- •2.Known patients of glaucoma or with a history of glaucoma therapy (medical, laser, or surgical).
- •3.Patients with any ophthalmic disorders that preclude RNFL/macular evaluation and visual field testing viz. corneal opacities, dense cataract, retinal diseases (diabetic retinopathy, vascular occlusions, ARMD, degenerations/dystrophies).
- •4.Patients with chronic kidney disease or any nephropathy.
- •5.Patients with hypertensive emergencies.
