- •i All cases to be scanned in house
- •ii In cases of High grade glioma lesion should show restricted diffusion on either b1000 or on both b1000 and b 4000
- •iii Suspected cases of High grade glioma PCNSL and metastasis on initial scans which are later biopsy proven after MRI
- •includes high index of suspicion on PET CT for PCNSL and biopsy
- •proven or known primary cancer in cases of metastases
- •iv No surgical or medical treatment prior to MRI scan
