入选标准
- •1.Age over 18 years
- •2.Chronic diabetic wounds which have lasted over 1 month
- •3.No clinical evidence of occlusive arterial disease
排除标准
- •1. Uncontrolled diabetes needing inward management
- •2. Clinical evidence of concurrent occlusive arterial disease (OAD).
- •3. Other co-morbidities requiring use of systemic antibiotics
- •4. Any patient needing surgical intervention or use of other methods (rotational antiseptics) to control wound infection. I
- •5. Known hypersensitivity to acetic acid or ascorbic acid
