入选标准
- •Patients willing to participate in the study, with due considerations and informed consent.
- •Patients requiring removal of periodontally uncompromised, identically placed firm mandibular third molars.
- •Patients requiring removal of isolated mandibular third molars will also be included in the study.
- •Patients with relative contraindication for extraction will be included after getting appropriate fitness from the respective registered medical professional.

- •Patients with absolute contraindications for extraction.
- •Patients with contraindications for amide local anesthetics.
- •Patients with allergy to specific local anesthetic agents and other contents
- •of the vials/cartridges.
- •Patients with history of cardiovascular disease.
- •Patients unwilling to participate in the trial.
