入选标准
- •Patients aged 18-70 years, belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) of I or II, scheduled for Upper limb surgeries
排除标准
- •1.Refusal to SBPB,
- •2.Presence of coagulopathy or bleeding disorder,
- •3.Local infection at the injection site,
- •4.Hypersensitivity to local amide anesthetics, or were hypersensitive or allergic to dexmedetomidine
- •5.Cardiac conduction block,
- •6.Patients on Ã?²-adrenergic antagonist or an antiplatelet agent,
- •7.Body mass index >35 kg/m2,
- •8.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,
- •9.Significant cardiopulmonary disease, or psychiatric disease.
