  • Disease-related psychosocial morbidity
  • not a disability retirements
  • Insured with the German Rheinland pension (deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland)
  • Sufficient language skills
  • Age 18-58

排除标准

  • Acute cardiac decompensation
  • consuming the underlying disease
  • psychotic disorder
  • Acute suicidality
  • pregnancy
