Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Young adults aged 18\-23 years who underwent the Fontan surgery for at least 1 year
- •\- A patient who can communicate with others and understand and answer the research questionnaire
- •\- Patients without cognitive impairment who consent to participate in this study
- •\- Those who can continue to participate in this program
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients who are unable to complete the questionnaire due to their inability to communicate with others
- •\- Patients who are unable to participate in this study due to poor health and general conditions
- •\- Patients who are unable to perform high\-intensity exercise: Those 1\) with a moderate or higher decrease in myocardial contractility on echocardiography or magnetic resonance imaging performed within 12 months of the study; 2\) exhibiting dilatation of the aorta, including the ascending aorta, by more than 4 cm; 3\) having a history of exertional syncope; and 4\) having a history of ventricular arrhythmias during exercise.
