入选标准
- •Age of at least 18 years
- •-BMI 20-27,5kg/m²
- •-no previous medical conditions
- •-occasional but not daily nicotine consumption - e.g. via filter cigarette
- •-consent to the study protocol with written informed consent
- •-pregnancy excluded or safe continued hormonal contraception
排除标准
- •-strict non-smokers
- •-People who have consumed nicotine within 48h before the measurement
- •-Disorders of the musculoskeletal system that do not allow spiroergometry to be performed
- •-acute viral or bacterial infections
- •-serious illnesses which, in the opinion of the study directors, endanger the safety of the participant during the study, especially during exercise
- •-serious arrhythmias, heart defects
- •-pregnancy or lactation
- •-drug abuse other than nicotine
- •-Participation in another drug or medical device study
- •-lack of compliance
