- •All ASA -1,II patient of 18-65 age group who are voluntry kidney donor under GA with laparoscopic donor nephrectomy and who given consent and ready to be part of this study.
排除标准
- •obesity, incisions that extended above the umbilicus (hypothesized that the study population had a larger variation in â??surgical insult;â?? that is, some cases involved more organ manipulation and dissection resulting in more visceral pain, for which TAP blocks would be less effective than those for parietal/incisional pain), allergy to drug, failure to give consent, coagulopathy, infection or skin diseases at block site.
