- •2)Surgical patients
- •3)Who are anticipated to be mechanically ventilated for >48hrs and less than 10days
排除标准
- •1) Patient refusal
- •2) Patient with preexisting pneumonia
- •3) ARDS and ALI
- •4) Other lung comorbidities
- •5) Pregnancy
- •6) History of aspiration
- •7) Tracheostomy
