- •Age at least 18 years or older
- •Cardiac surgery with heart-lung-maschine
- •Surgery in normothermia
- •Signed consent form
排除标准
- •No access to the sublingual mucosa, for example due to previous injuries or surgery in this area
- •Emergency surgery
- •Patients with endocarditis
- •Re-operations
- •Known preoperative renal insufficiency or
- •Creatinine level >1.3 mg/dl
- •Multimorbid patients
- •Preoperative anemia
- •Procedures with minimized heart-lung machine
- •No informed consent or withdrawal of signed consent
