- •age range from 30 to 60 years old of age, using oral hypoglycemic medication only (insulin injection not included) and unchanged oral hypoglycemic medication 1 month, HbA1c more than 7.5% in the past 6 months and able to attend all the project activity.
排除标准
- •changes oral hypoglycemic medication to insulin injection, critical illness, steroidal usages, smoking or alcohol drinking and join other project that effect on blood glucose level.
