- •Children with severe sepsis/septic shock as defined by The Surviving Sepsis Campaign (SSC) guidelines 2020.

- •- Congenital / acquired cardiac disease.
- •- Oncological patients on chemotherapy.
- •- Chronic hemolytic anemia with cardiac affection.
- •- Chronic respiratory disease.
