- •1. Pregnancy-related hypertensive disease,
- •2. Multiple gestation,
- •3. Gestational diabetes requiring insulin,
- •4. Documented history of postoperative nausea
- •and vomiting,
- •5. Body mass index (BMI) >40 kg/m2,
- •6. Emergency caesarean section for maternal
- •and/or fetal distress,
- •7. ASA III and IV patients
