- •1. Subject with forward head posture (Forward head angle more than or equal to 46 degree)
- •2. Good communication and cooperation
排除标准
- •1. Contagious skin disease in the upper trunk
- •2. A history of neck injury or surgery,
- •3. A diagnosis of conditions that could contradict Thai massage, scapular stabilization exercise or chest mobilization e.g., fever
- •4. Cervical spine inflammation or infection
- •5. Neck pain
- •6. Anatomy deformity or abnormal alignment e.g., Spondylolisthesis / Retrolisthesis

The effect of traditional Thai massage vs. routine physical therapy on gait pattern in spastic cerebral palsyThere are sill lack of physical therapist in the rural area for those cerebral palsy(CP) patients in Thailand.
