•Subjects; of both sexes; aged 18 to 65 years old; presenting muscle and/ or joint disorders associated with temporomandibular disorders. Presence of orofacial pain; and presence of pain in the regions: cervical; cervical-brachial; scapular-humeral; thoracic; musculature of the stomatognathic system; verbal rating scale greater than or equal to 6; chronic pain lasting more than 4 months; signature of the free and informed consent form agreeing to become the subject of the research.

•Patients with syndromes that could affect the musculoskeletal system in any instance; psychiatric alteration acessed by BELL axis two; associated fibromyalgia, with previous diagnosis performed by the doctor; associated rheumatological diseases, with prior diagnosis made by the doctor; chemical dependency; neurological disorders and patients with neuropathies; coagulopathies with International Normalized Ratio(INR) index less than two; polytraumatized; edentulous patients without prostheses and / or patients with prostheses without conditions of use; severe arthrosis.
