•Age over 18 years
•At least three month old shoulder pain
•Significant restriction of ROM affecting the activities of daily life.
•Normal Antero-posterior Radiograph of Glenohumeral Joint
•Willingness to participate in study (Informed Written Consent)
•Willingness to forego any other concomitant treatment modality for Periarthritis shoulder

•Unwillingness to participate in the study or drop out in the middle of the study.
•Intrinsic Gleno-humeral Pathology (glenohumeral tuberculosis, Malignancy, glenohumeral arthritis, etc.)
•History of substantial shoulder trauma
•History of surgery, dislocation, or fracture in the shoulder
•Clinical evidence of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome on Budapest criteria.
•History of Injection in the involved shoulder during the preceding 6 months or use of NSAIDs in last 7 days
•Abnormal Blood Count such as increased total count
•Use of antiplatelet medication â?? H/O coronary artery disease.
•Chronic Diseases (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Gout, Clotting disorders)
•Localized Skin Disease/Pathology at the injection site.
•Pregnancy/Breastfeeding
