The specific effects of virtual reality on stress, pain levels, and vital signs during fine needle biopsy in patients with hyperthyroidism have not yet been adequately studied. This study aims to investigate the effects of virtual reality on stress, pain levels and vital signs in patients diagnosed with hyperthyroidism who underwent fine needle biopsy.

  • Being between 18-80 years old
  • Agreeing to participate in the study
  • No obstacle to wearing virtual reality glasses
  • Patients undergoing biopsy for diagnostic purposes
  • No problems with vision or hearing

排除标准

  • Those with major psychiatric disorders
  • Those with any obstacle to communication

During the biopsy, a video with images and sounds of nature will be shown through virtual reality glasses.

干预措施: Virtual Reality Glasses (Device)

Control group

No Intervention

No application will be made during the biopsy procedure.
