- •U/D Bleeding disorder , ischemic heart disease , malignancy
- •Hx. DVT / Pulmonary embolism
- •preoperative anticoagulation therapy
- •abnormal coagulation profile
- •renal disorder or insufficiency,
- •allergy to local anesthetics/TXA
- •revision case
