入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients having ASA physical status I & II
- •Patients of either sex
- •Patients aged between 18 to 60 years
- •Elective surgery less than or equal to 3 hours under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patientââ?¬•s refusal.
- •Patients with difficult airway
- •Patients who are allergic to any of the test drugs
- •Patients with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic or renal dysfunction
- •Recent history of respiratory tract infection
- •History of chronic smoking
- •Patients posted for emergency surgery.
- •Patients with history of alcohol or drug abuse.
- •Patients with more than one attempt of intubation.
- •Duration of laryngoscopy and intubation >30 s
- •Unexpected difficulty in ventilation or intubation
- •Laryngospasm or bronchospasm occurrence
- •Time span from completion of nebulization to intubation >20 mins
